Uhh...no.

Since that likely drops it down to a VG-...the seller doesn't elaborate on the description at all, so I'll assume he believes it is a Fine. Which likely means it is a VG, then add in the price sticker.

Combine shipping with the opening bid...You're already paying almost 2X guide.
