X-Men 25 variant Issue Need Help!

Hello All!

 

Not sure if this post goes in this section of the Modern one...but I had a questions about X-Men 25...this is the 90's series...the issue where Wolverine get his Adm. pulled out by Magneto.....

 

There is a Gold Variant and a Black and White....which one is more rare? Did they both come out at the same time?

 

PLEASE...someone help me!

I think the B/W is rarer, but the Gold has higher points in the registry.

Have them both and would not mind letting them go if anyone is looking for them. Also have the standard print with an error. The put the hologram on upside down
