What is this?

Hi all,

I know little or nothing about comic art and am looking for help figuring out what this is.

 

I was told it was a dealer exclusive promo.

 

Would it be considered to be a cover proof reproduction or?

 

It is 11x17 and the back of it is blank.

That's not a prelim, or OA.

 

That looks like unused cover stock.

Since the size is 11" x 17", much bigger than a comic book, it must have been specially printed as a promo item.

 

I see features in the margins that make it look like it was printed directly from the original art, and it would be the same size as the original art.
