As far as I can tell, these are both first prints, but I don't understand how that can be with the different covers (pricing and bar code areas). With my G.I. Joe #2s, I know which one is a second print (with the black Spidey costume in the bar code) because it says it's a second print on the inside. Neither of these say second print.

 

Am I missing something???
