Donut, I love it. That's not Kelly's work on the cover, is it? If Kelly's work is only found on interior page(s), any chance you could (safely) scan and post one or more Kelly pages?

 

As for grade, I'm guessing that that book can't be found in NM... VF is probably the highest grade accorded in the OS Guide. Don't have the Guide in front of me, tho.

 

For a 68-year old comic, it's in impressive shape!

Donut, is that your book? I saw that book at Wizard World East this past year.It may not be the same book though. Motor City had one.Very COOL BOOK ,& RARE!!!!

Too sweet!!! Early Siegel & Shuster work too. Guide shows that the May issue (#1, this is #2 right?) also had one page of Kelly though, making this the second Kelly?? Stunning book regardless. I'm definitely jealous. Does Dr. Occult appear?
