Its funny that Marvel is putting that on their new issues. My LCS have tried to slip a few of the 2nd prints in with my new comics saying that they are "VARIANTS" because marvel got it printed right on the cover :mad:

These have been on Ebay for years. A few years ago I purchased the German Tales of Suspense #39 first Iron man. I had not seen these and thouht it was a real variant lol. I only paid $19.99 and after i found out I thought it was still cool. but these copys are worth nothing really and to ask $800 is amazing.

the term "rare Canadian price variant" sounds better than "the normal book distributed and found all over Canada, Canadian Edition" too.

 

my point is everyone wants to be selling variants, not reprints or common books.
