ok...so this is fresh back from cgc.

i bought this book two months ago here on the boards with slight resto...i was told there was a tear seal on the back cover..

i sent the book to MATT, as it turned out,the book had two small tear seals on the back cover,and a tiny amount of red color touch back there also on the back spine area..

MATT removed the color touch,and the GLUE that was used was removed as well,and a tiny piece of tape was used to hold the piece in place...

so here you have the final result..

the crippen copy (4.0) was for sale here last month $4000..sold for $3600

a cgc 7.0 sold for $5000 in auction,a STEAL at that price last month...
