Red Raven #1 HA Preview - Pedigree question

Nice looking Red Raven - in description Heritage indicates that CGC "chose to" drop the Kansas Pedigree notation when book resubmitted.

 

Kansas City copy?

 

Anyone know the history behind the statement?

 

Is it just a resub where noboody spotted it was the Kansas copy or was it incorrectly designated the Kansas copy in the first place?

Looks like the resto went from amateur to pro and the grade dropped. Not sure about why they dropped the pedigree designation, though.

The ink stamp over the V & E of "Raven" is interesting. According to the Comic Pedigrees website, Kansas City books don't have any identifying marks.
