Bill Ayers--Anyone Have Some Info On This Artist?

Hey guys, just trying to find some info on this person and all I keep coming up with a rather unpopular politician--not sure they're one and the same either. CAF turned up nada, so I'm kind of at a loss at this point. I've recently acquired a nice piece of OA that he did back in 2003 and am trying to see what I can find out about him.

 

Anyhow, if someone knows who this is and could provide a little info, I'd greatly appreciate it.

That would be the unpopular politician / special interest group fella I keep running into online, but I didn't think it was him. When the art comes in, I'll post some pictures.

Out of fun, I googled "Bill Ayers Comic Artist" (yes, Bill not Di ck) and this thread turned up!

I'm beginning to think more than likely it is an unknown artist. All the same, the piece came in today and it looks really decent (aside from one or two stress marks in the middle of the board ).

No, con asked this originally, and having the piece now in hand, I can definitively say it was signed by a Bill Ayers in 2003.
