I think I remember seeing that the oldest CGC 10 is not a mainstream comic but rather a promo book that had something to do about dental care.

Worldsbestcomics has several Bronze Age X-Men in 9.9 I believe. They're listed in the thread that mschmidt linked above.

I have a bunch of pre-1985 books - X-Men, Spidey, Wolverine. I won't repost them all here since they are in the other thread. But, I did recently add another bronze 9.9 X-Men that wasn't in the other thread.

It is functionally impossible for me to submit any book that will get a 9.9.

 

10s? Sure, no problem, piece of cake. Have had at least one on every pre-screen I've done since last October (which isn't all that impressive when you find out how many pre-screens I've done since last October. )

Cannot make it happen, no matter how hard I try.
