It is just one list of many, based on CGC 9.4 estimated prices, and skewed in certain ways, but interesting nonetheless. We all know well by now that most copies get subbed will most likely be under a 5.0 and any copies above a 6.0 are scarce. You may be right. It will be very interesting to see what this 5.0 may sell for. There has not been a 5.0 up for sale since on Ebay on 10/5/09 for $2751 and the other by Comic Connect on 9/26/09 for $3100.
