What kind of a d.ouche-bag do you have to be to want to do something like that. It may seem impressive to those of us with no artistic ability but we all have skills we've developed for our own jobs. I'm a mainframe programmer at a bank. I think today I'll crank up the music and stand at my terminal typing out each word on the downbeat between epileptic fits that I can call dancing.

What a ridiculous human being.

Not sure if it is the same guy, pretty sure it is, but I went to the last Warriors home game two years ago in Oakland and this guy did a painting of Baron Davis, it was incredible. They raffled it off or gave it away at the end of the game.

Actually, I'd find that quite refreshing from the everyday mundane experiences I encounter at my bank.

Wow. Tough crowd we got here.

no kidding. I think it's pretty impressive. Not the jackassery dancing, but the actual painting :)

It's the "jackassery dancing" I am ridiculing. The desperate need for attention that drove him to such jackassery must be never-ending.

So you don't like his style. Couldn't the same be said ("desperate need for attention") about any artist, in any medium, who allows their work to be seen by others? Aren't they all pretty much just showing off?

If you really don't see the difference then I doubt I can explain it to you well enough for you to understand my point.
