Probably not worth slabbing if you are trying to sell it. If it is for personal reasons, sure.

No slabby slabby that comic unless it is for your mid-grade collection. Like the crew has pointed out, those back cover flaws will kill this otherwise VF/NM book. 8.0 because of the tanning/foxing on BC.
