Fraudulent seller on ebay. Beware.

Hey there all. I am in the midst of a paypal claim on some books I have not received when lo and behold they have been relisted by a "different" seller also located in Chula Vista CA.

The new account of the seller is hereistand2009 while the other account name is ucsportscomics. One of the items I won is this one #220453798524 and it is relisted now here

Just seems best to let everyone know. Damn shame.

Are you sure the second batch of auctions are legit? Not stolen images being scammed? Ebay can be a pain in the azz at times. But I hope everything works out for you.

I do not know which one I trust less, the items I bought were from a seller with 311 feedback, which seems pretty legit I guess. The new batch are from someone with less feedback but similar if not the same items as the prior seller. I am pretty sure they are the same person. It has been almost a month of waiting for the books and the seller has not responded to repeated emails. Unfortunately, I spent bigger dollars on a later auction.

Hmmmm..... My paypal claim is pending as the seller gave USPS an electronic tracking # on July 29th, thoough nothing has actually been sent.
