Help identifying Artist(s) on this Spider-Man vs. Goblin Piece

Need help identifying the artists that did the following piece :

 

 

 

Apparently this piece was done over 10 years ago for a Heros Con Auction ?

Does anybody recall this or maybe even confirm this ?

 

The size is about 20 x 30, and too big for even a large art scanner.

Also it is done on thick bainbridge board.

 

What I have so far is that

R. Davis did the pencils

Jeff Austin did the inks

 

Have a hard time though finding info on those 2 artists ?

Hope someone can confirm the signatures and maybe tell me a bit more about them or maybe even put in touch with them.

 

This is a great piece and I would love to know a bit more about it.

Found this, not sure if it is the same Jeff Austin but could be:

 

Jeff Austin has worked in the comics field for thirteen years. His inks appear in Faust, Nightvision, The Renegade, Big Bang Comics, and Cuda. His pencils appear in FemForce, Whiz Kids, and more. Lately, he has produced artwork for several movies, mocking-up comic covers to be used as props and promotional posters.

I reached out ot Jeff Austin through his website, but did not hear back from him.

I assume the website is not really new...

 

So maybe someone else knows something regarding the piece itself or the artists.
