Amazing Spider-Man #8

First off, I am new to CGC and these boards, so hi to all.

 

I recently aquired this book for free. It have several issues.The biggest one is it's missing most of the first inside page. There is enough paper that the last page is still attached. Pages are cream. The rest of the book is ok, no cut coupons, writing, tape, etc.

 

questions:

1) Is this even worth sending off to CGC? if no, why not? (Cause I'm not really up on all of this stuff)

2) If yes, universal blue or qualified green?

3) What does PGM mean?

4) I've read of people pressing books. Is there any thread of before and after results?
