I suspect the pearl necklace is an unintentional double entendre, much like the word boner. On the other hand, I think Archie's beat off was very intentional, and find it hard to believe the Rifleman wasn't was well.

I think the only one that is reliably a double entendre is Alf. Maybe Archie's beat off...maybe.
