Brian hustles up books along the entire West Coast, he consistently brings new material to market. His grading and pricing is spot on, one of my favorite booths to shop.

I have been in Sacramento all my life.

 

A-1 is a Class Act. Also, they have a killer X-MAS sell for -80% off everything.

I live about 6 miles from A-1 in Sac. Been heading over there for years ... can't beat the selection. It's interesting, Brian's latest main location is at a former bank and he has a walk in vault behind the far counter (it is an former bank after all). I've often wanted to walk through the 'magic door', lock myself in for a few hours and just rummage through all his books ... can't imagine all the goodness he's got back there ...

And there are still "Safe Deposit Box" and "Customer Service" signs left over from the bank, hanging above the counter!
