Ive watched this show from the begining and I was looking at a book that will be on its way to me very soon and couldnt help to notice that the guy on this cover looks just like John from The Colony

I was at someone's house (someone with satellite) and saw an ad for that show. Made me want to get satellite.

I've watched the show. Good stuff, its pretty much "Survivor" with intelligent contestants. I think its more like John looks like the stereotypical mad scientist ?

that dude is one smart cookie... the stuff he comes up w/ is crazy!

Really a great show!! The way john figured out how to sterilize water using Ozone was amazing! I had never heard of that process. I also enjoy watching when The Proffesor, [John] and the handyman team up on a project. Its interesting to see how their individual knowledge works together for the good of the community. Although I thought building the Solar powered Motorscooter was kind of Dorky! I think I could run faster than that thing.
