For those interested, I've just received the book today !

 

No wonder shipping was so long, the seller sent it surface mail for $6, whereas I paid $12 for Airmail.

 

Besides, he wrote me in an email he had sent it Airmail !

 

I think this deserves a neutral, or a Neg.

 

Since he doesn't answer to my emails, I think there isn't any hope for me to get my $6 refunded before the 90 days period ends...

I have had this happen to me on a ton of occassions and surface mail to OZ can be three to 6 months. It is frustrating to say the least. I would definitely give him a neutral....just for the total lack of responsiveness around the whole issue.

I can't remember if he already left you feedback, so...

 

A) If not, you gotta NEG him. Cuz that's what you'll get in return, no matter if you did everything perfectly on your end.

 

B) If he's fed you, then you have the option to leave a neut. But the hassle he's given you so far- not to mention the obvious s/h rip-off- deserves the red in my book.
