If there is a Vintage Stock store in your area they get them sometimes. They are not always MIB but they are definitely cheaper than the norm.

I have really good luck on eBay for statues that I'm looking for. I have to be patient sometimes to get the right price though.

 

I recently picked this one up for retail price with free shipping (it is usually selling for more than double retail as there were only 250 made of the exclusive)
