only 15 copies produced anybody have one

or know of where to purchase 1

Hi Dave, have you tried Doug Sulipia? I believe he was a friend of Richard Comely in Winnepeg, Canada and he may be able to track a copy down.

he has the copy limited to 300 print run

but in 30years has not got 15 print run issue

willing to spend a fair price for this book

any other help would be greatly appreciated

Richard Comely wanders into my LCS in Waterloo, Ontario once in a while and lives in neighboring town Guelph. He also teaches art at the local university if I'm not mistaken.

Have you tried sending ECComics a PM? He (Stephen) is our resident expert on Canadian comics, he might even own one.

A friend of mine has a copy. Describes it as mid/high grade. Says he's not anxious to sell, but will entertain offers. Hint, he's already turned down a $300.00 offer from eccomic.

did find a collector who has one he is not sure if he is selling

so i may be still on the hunt for one

This is from Richard Comely and has a letter of Provenance to attest to the fact that this painting is in my collection. This painting was part if an exhibit in a Kitchener and Cambridge gallery.

I was at Richard Comelys home and he does NOT have the # 4 you are seeking.

 

He does have some original art from the 70s by George Freeman

 

In fact, Doug Sulipa also has some original art as well

I want captain Canuck in the art

does captain Canuck 15 exist as a mock up

if so have u every seen it

this #4 second print seems extremely hard

to get

I have found 2 people who have one

still waiting to see if Any Are willing to sell

u know of anyone else that might want to sell
