What are the toughest Silver/Bronze books in 9.8?

They obviously didn't suck too much, since Marvel Jack Kirby ripped it off to make X-Men.. :shy:

I like to think of Doom Patrol as the Beta test...

OK, since we are already derailing a bit

 

How about we start a list? Lets keep the numbers reasonable. No more than 2 9.8s to qualify. Preferabbly zero or 1 though.........

 

Human Torch #1 (1974)

 

seems a little broad. For TTA 59-75 all have 0 or 1 9.8

seems a little broad. For TTA 59-75 all have 0 or 1 9.8

 

Adapt as needed....for example, what is the toughest book in that run
