The only thing that worries me about SM2 is that Sam Raimi said that he did not really go nuts with the action scenes (like many sequels usually end up doing, to the point of giving the viewer too much action to take in). But if the few scenes with Spidey and Doc Ock are kick-butt, all is forgiven.
