PGM Dracula Lives Annual #1

I can tell a 9.2 from a 9.6 but a 9.4 from a 9.6 is more difficult for me. And grading a 9.6 from a 9.8, I'm totally lost as to what to look for. I'd grade this a 9.6. Your opinions are appreciated.
