How would you grade?

Miscut top and bottom. Easily seen in upper right. 5-6 pages were siamese stuck together during printing at top and now have half dime sized chunks out of top of pages where original owner pried open to read. Does not affect story.

Need better pictures my man for anybody to even give thier opinion on this. Prefer a front and back cover scan as well as a couple pics of the inside as from your description it could really affect the grade.. let alone the designation..
