PGM: AVENGERS 57 beauty

Hi,hoping i can get some grades on this please..here are the flaws as i can see...

extreme lower right front corner..the tip is slightly stained darker..that is not the clouds.. it is visible from inside...and about 1 inch from bottom front cover in the center of the book,a small color loss spot in the clouds..very small white area...

back cover has what appears to be color rub from another book along spine(foxxing?)..

spine is awsome white,and only flaw is at top staple,just below it..a tiny color stress....

...thanks for the replies folks...

i also put the book at a 9.0 also...this book was up until recently cgc graded in an old label universal holder # 0038892001 as a CGC 9.2 CREAM TO OFF-WHITE..the case was cracked severely,and the book was removed,as it would have had to be regraded...

dont think its worth a resub if you ask me.
