Go ahead and buy raw from Harley and Metro.....and send it to CGC...

 

I don't think I'd buy expensive raw books from most dealers without seeing the book first.

 

But I've bought raw from Harley at cons. Most recently I bought a VF/NM Avengers #44 from Harley at a Toronto con. In hand, I could tell it presented better than VF/NM (9.0).

 

It came back from CGC as a 9.4.
