I think others have posted about similar offers from a guy sounding like this... he only has expensive keys and wants cashier's checks or MO's. I received one over a year ago too in similar fashion and responded asking for scans... and they never came. Might not be the same guy, but it sure sounds similar.

 

Just curious if Tomega recognizes the style or email.

This is a testament to comics being a bad investment. The poor guy has some killer books that he can't move "more faster" due to the lack of liquidity.
