What comics have the most CGC 9.9 OR 10 ?

For starters, I see GI Joe #1 Sketch Cover (2009) with 27 gems, 5 mints and only two others on census!

 

someone was pre-screening for 9.9+

 

CGC only pre-screens for 9.8 and below.

IDW has some KILLER cardstock if you're looking for 9.9's and 10's. I had the GI Joe #1 Sketch variant with me at NYCC last year. I pulled it out of its bag, handed it to Dell'Otto for him to sign it, he handed it back, I put it in the bag an submitted it. It got a CGC 10. Most of the time, people use window bags for books in high grade, but this one didn't need one apparently.

 

Check any main IDW title and you'll find a lot more 9.8+ books than Marvel or DC.
