Trying to decide which day(s) to buy tickets for - how do you know which day(s) people will be there signing? Have some specific people I'm looking for to sign stuff, and didn't when they would be there from looking at the website....

You won't find out until you show up. My money would be on Friday and Saturday for the show.

How about Maggiano's at Pointe Orlando? They've got family style Italian. Good stuff!
