PGM JLA 98 ship date??

Picked this up from SuperWorld for half off so I'm not complaining really. Especially since it just a replacement book for my Uncle. Lets say as a 3 year old I found his comics an leave it at that. Anyway SW had it at VF/NM with ship date noted. So is this some sort of ship code and not a ship date otherwise it's just writing on the cover?

about all I can figure is:

 

arrived 3/27/72,

take off shelves if unsold on 6/27/72

 

just a guess.

Agreed, probably a 7.5. With the two soft opening corners, the crescent crease along the REFC and the fingerprinting in the same area . . . it falls short of an 8.0
