5.0, I haven't seen examples with rusty staples graded higher

 

I've owned a CGC 8.0 that had a rusty staple and also a 7.0. Another notorious CGC rusty staple book is the top census 8.5 copy of Action Comics # 1. The ST 88 looks like a solid 7.0 to me....and I too, love that one. Very tough in grade. GOD BLESS...
