I need a grading reality check on my HOUSE OF MYSTERY #264:

 

Notes:

Front Cover: Scuffle at top; BRC crease (faint)

Back Cover: Slightly unclean

I'd say VF 8.0, mostly due to the top impact problem and the slightly color-breaking crease in BRC. How's the cover gloss and wear?

VF- 7.5. Maybe 8.0 with a good wonderbreading of the bc. Although if by "unclean" you mean it has leprosy, you may need more than bakery products...

cover and gloss are "like new" with superb colors and white pages. These grades are consistent with what I thought. I asked my wife to go "wonder-breading" but there's none in the local shops here in Charlotte. The quest continutes...
