Very nice looking black cover. That top edge and corner are really, really, really sharp......Maybe a little too sharp? I dunno...

 

If it's a "clean" book, I would say from the scans that it's a 9.4 maybe a 9.6 in hand.

 

Call CGC and ask the grade. If it's been graded, they will tell you.
