The cover has VF/NM type color and gloss, however the book is strucurally a 7.0 to 7.5 ish . Inside cover edge tanning although book has nice off-white pages and there is no indication of brittleness whatsoever. Two pictures of front cover...1st picture didn't really reflect the strenth of the true cover colors
