Boba
Huh, seller has 2 of them http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=200584934780&category=32732&_trksid=p5197.c0.m619#ht_500wt_962 . . . . or listed the same one twice
Thor Odinson-1970
I've noticed that eBay seller, "silvercomics", has a habit of listing the exact same book twice at the same time: once in "Auction" format and a separate one in "BIN" format which can cause lots of confusion for prospective buyers. Many eBay sellers tend to (and should) list an item once under a "BIN or Best Offer" format.
Boba
I guess my thrill-bids will get cancelled if someone antes up the $28K asking price in the BIN listing
Flash105
Does anyone know who Silvercomics is? Is it a shop, convention dealer, private collector?
VintageComics
They are part time dealers in the North West. Met them in Seattle. Super nice couple of brothers that sell comics on the side and set up at the odd West coast show.
unmovedmover
I'm thinking of buying entry to this club. From a little research, it seems like I could get a decent low grade copy for about 2k, or even a restored mid grade copy for that price. I don't currently have GPA, but does that sound about correct these days?
Speedy-D
Something like a 2.5 Blue or 5.0-6.0 PLOD. If you can find the kind of PLOD with removable restoration, you could get a very sweet deal.

Flash105
The 8.0ep is mine and it will probable be sold sometime this year. It is extensive but it was affordable and it really looks nicer than an 8.0.
Boba
The SC #4 in ComicCollect's Event Auction looks decent. Old-style CGC label 4.0 with cream to off-white pages.

That'd make the difference. ...And that sure makes me feel a lot better paying $3K for that 3.5 Otherwise, I would have at least hoped that the 4.5 was purchased back in Sept. 2010 because I bought mine in mid-Feb. 2011. Would five months have made a difference?
