No I don't think I'll submit it. A while ago I had to preform some surgery on it. The bottom staple was rusting, so I replaced it with a staple from a beater comic from the same year to prevent the rust from spreading. It would probably get a qualified or restored grade.

A staple can be replaced it is not restoration. I did not get a purple or qualified. They only noted that it was detected. Your 129 is nice. In 2014 I plan to present the largest 129 collection in the world. Im not done yet ...

If that wasn't an SS book it would have gotten a green Qualified label though. Yellow labels are another form of the green label which is why you'll see them with the purple stripe along the top if a book is restored but not with a green stripe if there's a qualifier on the book (i.e. clipped coupon, staple replaced).

I haven't done an awesome job on the edging of that punisher logo... looks jagged. I just don't quite have the time to make it perfect.. but if anyone would like to have a go - PM me and I'll send you the .psd source file.
