Hi all

Here is another one I picked up yesterday.

 

The bottom corner of some of the pages are slightly brittle and it has a good sized crease in the fc that does not show in the scan.

 

Pages are ow/cream/tannish.

Does the crease in the front cover start mid bottom and run through the right shoulder of the yellow jacket? How far does the crease run? I wouldn't hammer the book as much for brittleness since you state it is slight. 4.0

The crease starts a the bottom through the yellow jacket and runs up to the 10 cent circle.

I would say 4.5, but given the brittleness, probably 3.0-3.5...

appears 4.0/4.5. A press would probably make it a 5.0, but the slight brittleness would hammer the grade...CGC 3.0 max is my guess. Nice pick up
