Double covers are tough for me. But I think that might get an 8.0 due to the 2nd cover.

As to value, it's whatever a willing buyer is willing to pay and a willing seller is willing to accept. There is no real guide to double covers, particularly early SA Marvels. Double covers are much more common in BA and later. I wouldn't consider anything less than two times GPA in grade for a book like this, probably more.

Like 9.2 they always grade the higher cover. This is a $1,000 book. Nice Score!
