Actually I think its a steal. Rarely see high grade copies of this book for sale and its value is only going to go up and up.

Boy, my comics are kind of embarrassing compared to all of these gems, but I do own both Avengers #1 and #4, so I might as well post my beaters.

That's what I figured it got hammered for. It really is a nice looking copy. I'm not too worried about the pages being slightly brittle because as long as I have it it'll stay in the slab.
