Is that a stain on the back cover top edge?

 

I think a 6.5-7.0 is possible, but I don't think it'd make a good pressing candidate. Pressing won't eliminate the spine creases or the big crease in the TRFC.

7.0 at best and no pressing will help this book as Drew pointed out...other flaws in the book may be eliminated but the biggest flaw is so glaring that the grade can't go beyond a certain point even if the rest is perfect..save your money and time.

I would go 5.5/6.0ish ,the upper edge and right corner creasing stands out because of black area. That coupled with the stain? on back cover.
