8.5...hard to tell from the scan, but it looks like might be two spine stresses in the light blue area?

9.0 but the corners look awfully rounded, it's a tough one to grade with scans alone. That said, I would love to own it.

It's a great looking book but I am not as optimistic as some viewers.

 

Unless it's due to the scan -- the right edge takes quite a "twist" near the last 2" or 3" as it approaches the bottom right corner which looks abraided at the bottom.

 

Is that a crease in the paper just below the right-side policeman's foot?

9.0 IMO, every one of those defects is acceptable by Overstreet grading. I don't agree with the downgrading of books that has gone on since the early 90's.
