Thanks! Actually, when I xerox these for my files I make an extra one that I give to my six-year-old daughter to color. She starts off doing a great job, but tends to lose interest. I told her the other day that I would post one if she would finish it, so maybe this will happen soon.

Do you start out with a Live Trace using Adobe Illustrator for your cover recreations?

 

I have an old version of Adobe Illustrator and have used it in other contexts, but not for cover recreations. What is Live Trace?

It's a feature in CS4 - It lets you import a raster image and convert into vector files. It's very easy to use, but tweak-able if need be.
