Trading Moderns for a Spidey #13 is definitely a win for you. Long term, the other guy will probably realize it was a mistake.

He has an LCS in a small town, lots of younger collectors who are into card games as well. For a while, he liked having the Spidey up as eye candy, but once the regulars got to check it out he was willing to part with it for a small stack of lower price point books that would net him as much but move faster given his crowd. Perfect circumstances to make it work out(thumbsu

The date stamp was a plus.  I grabbed a nice TTA #35 earlier this year in Chicago with a similar presentation stamp-wise.  It's a nice theme for the run so far.
