I find it very suspicious that you'd sell an item like this without having it slabbed first. I mean, you say it's incomplete, but how do I know that for sure without certification?

 

Ask any current NOD member, they'll tell you I can be trusted.

I can't believe I missed this. I have a panel from a Startling Comics book. If I can find another 63.666 pages and a back cover, I'd really be able to CGC it. Send me the email of the buyer and I will make an offer to double his money.
