In one of Robo's latest listings is a Hulk #1 in 9.6 listed as restored.. shocker... :o

 

But with language like this

 

"It has very slight color touch and has been slightly trimmed, both of which most hobbyists will not be able to detect.

The comic is glossy, original, complete, and clean. It does not look or feel like a restored comic."

 

Which seems to suggest what he really means is...it doesn't look restored so now you can try to pass it along to others who won't know (and you won't tell them)....
