Nice looking week:

The Amazing Adventures of the Escapist #1 - I love Chabon! cloud9.gif

Batman #624 - this'll be very good and read even better when #625 is out

Caper #5 - first arc was damn fine

Catwoman #28 - I really miss Cooke and Stewart...Brubaker is still great

Conan #1 - never read the original series, #0 piqued my interest

Coup Detat Authority #4 - oddly enjoyable crossover

Losers #9 - great book to date

Midnight Mass Here There Be Monsters #2 - I <3 Vertigo minis

The Punisher #3 - I always hated the Punisher...until now (and Born)

Queen & Country #23 - best monthly Rucka has going

Superman #202 - loving Turner's covers, Godfall isn't bad, either

Ultimate Fantastic Four #3 - I can't wait until Ellis' turn starts now...

I was not impressed with Azz's take on Batman at first, but I have found myself enjoying it more and more with each subsequent issue.

Godfall has been a good read. Talent Caldwell has also been impressive. I like the way he handled the bike scene in 812. The action flowed well and he used everything from small panels to 3/4 splashes.

How will I ever complete my "quest" of having one original page from each issue of the entire series

shocked.gif Good luck with that one Chris.

At least Risso's work is way under-appreciated so you can get it for a nice price. cloud9.gif

How will I ever complete my "quest" of having one original page from each issue of the entire series (4% complete at present, based on 100 issues)?

You forgot to ad, each page has to contain

  • bottles of liquor
  • a briefcase
  • boobies (large naked ones)

or you're not interested insane.gif

I wish that were true. While his art isn't the price level of Lee or Sale or Turner, each Bullets page has fallen in the $200+ range. The Batman pages are even more!!! shocked.gif

lol! Too true. You forgot to add Agent Graves. Each page has to have one (or more) of those. Actually, I'd like Graves to be in as many pages as possible, but I will make exceptions (as in the infamous 'stripper page' devil.gif).
