I'm guessing Detective # 235, but I'm not totally sure I believe it's 236, but some would argue that Batman's Silver Age didn't start til 1964 when he got his "New Look" in issue 327. Its not, because its got to be the first issue after Showcase # 4, and technically the first Silver age super-hero was the Flash even though he was a reincarnation of GA Flash.
