I'll go on a limb and 7.5 VF- to an optimistic 8.0. Coming from someone who owns a 6.0 copy of this book, your's is noticeably nicer than mine so I'm hard-pressed to say 7.0.

What does back up the truck mean? That you would take all the 7.0s I have that look like this?I know the whole black book syndrome,but defects are defects regardless of the color of the book.

7.5/8.0 - CGC is notoriously soft on both TMNT #1 and Cerebus #1 because of the crappy printing quality.

Is the OP going to submit the book? How about a gentleman's bet,7.0 seems too harsh a grade in your opinion? If this was a Marvel/DC book would you still say 8.0+

Mac Mans 6.0 example is not far off from this example.

I'd have to say a 7 as well, only because I own a 7, and I would call the two similar.
